Summary

We are a husband and wife team that created a cottage industry within the legal rights and jurisdiction of the Tennessee Food Freedom Act (TFFA). We operate our cottage industry out of our home, so our products are produced at a private residence that is exempt from state licensing and inspection. Our products may contain allergens. All products sold on our website are prepared, cooked, raised, or farmed in accordance with the TFFA.

We don’t care about collecting your data, other than to help you purchase our products and stay in touch with us. Our business is selling our products. We don’t sell your data.

Who we share your data with

Our understanding is these providers do not share or sell that info with anyone else. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. If you purchase something from us, we might talk about how awesome you are if we know each other well.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we store the personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. For users that opt into receiving mail and/or SMS notifications, we store the personal information you provide in the user profile(s) created for that purpose. You can opt out of mail or SMS notifications by using the contact info on our Contact Us page, or replying STOP to a SMS message.

What rights you have over your data
